Low Watt Density cartridge heaters are designed as low efficiency and long-lasting cartridge heaters for use in the processing and production of plastic raw materials, extruder machines, plastic and packaging industry, shoes industry.
By using spiral resistance windings in specialized ceramic insulation stones; are the heaters that are insulated with MgO powders between the outer surface.
The power to be applied to the surface in these heaters is max. 5-6 cm2 / watt.
Technology product cartridge resistances are mostly used in machines with protection enclosures and outlet molds . It is produced according customer's demand.
